The Kōrau Tōtōpū | Long-term Plan, Finance, and Performance Committee has responsibility for: 1. Long-term planning and annual planning. 2. Financial and non-financial performance oversight in relation to the long-term plan and annual plan. 3. Financial oversight. 4. Procurement policy. 5. Non-strategic asset investment and divestment as provided for through the long-term plan (recommending to Council where matters are not provided for in the long-term plan). 6. Council-controlled Organisation oversight and performance. 7. Council-controlled Organisation director review and appointments. 8. WellingtonNZ oversight and performance. 9. Approve asset management plans.
